The hub coordinator will work Monday to Friday and will be based at our Birmingham hub. As the hub coordinator they will be the first face external people and staff will see when visiting. They will be expected to work individually providing reception like presence. There will, on occasion, be a requirement to work from some of our other Hub locations.

- Oversee the hub booking system
- Respond to booking system support requests
- Liaise with internal departments on hub visits
- Liaise with internal comms around hub messaging
- Management of all hub digital notice boards
- Management of all hub TV communication channels
- Management of the Hub Handbook located on the company intranet
- Reporting & Analytics
- Supporting the Senior Hub Coordinator in hub experience tasks
- Working closely with the regional facilities manager
- Proactive hub experience checks
- Adhoc physical visits to our Bristol & Cardiff Hubs
- Virtual cover for the wider Hub Coordinator team based at various other hubs
- Excellent time management
- Proactive independent, highly motivated self-starter with an eye for detail
- Strong administration skills with experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Efficient in Google docs
- The ability to work accurately and methodically, with attention to detail
- Ability to learn systems quickly, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience of working with sensitive and confidential data
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skill
- The flexibility and willingness to learn
- Flexible, 'can-do' attitude with a willingness to adapt and willingness to learn and develop own skillset
- Adhoc physical visits to our Bristol & Cardiff Hubs
