**Monday - Friday, 5pm - 10pm or 6pm - 10pm (20 - 25 hours per week)**

**Office based in one of the villages in the Kettering area.**

Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based in one of the surrounding villages to Kettering. Our client is looking for a customer service professional to join their established team. You’ll be joining a global brand with products in many of the well-known outlets we know.

**Purpose of role**:
Working within our client’s USA Customer Service team, working with commercial customers and managing individual accounts. You will be responsible for answering all enquiries, processing orders and updating their CRM with relevant notes in relation to your allocated key account(s).

**Summary of role**:

- Data entry - accurate and timely input of customers’ orders
- Query resolution and ad-hoc reporting
- Invoicing orders ready for shipment, and creating associated paperwork

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: £22,213.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
