_As an Administrator / Customer Assistant, you will be an integral part of our office-based team, as well as providing assistance at the trade counter. Your responsibilities will include a variety of day-to-day office duties, such as data entry, filing, and scanning._
- In addition to office-based tasks, you will be required to assist customers at the trade counter, serving them with their requirements, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Some manual handling may be required within the yard, assisting with loading and unloading materials and equipment._
- You will play a key role in answering telephone queries as well as performing other relevant tasks. Your contributions will be essential to maintaining efficient processes within our organization._
- In the trade counter aspect of the role, excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle inquiries effectively are essential. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have good organizational skills to ensure smooth operations at the trade counter._

**Salary**: £21,881.00 per year
