**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- A strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a financial role.
- Proficiency in financial software (Sage/Xero/Quickbooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
