Corporate Finance Assistant Position

We are looking for a talented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial activities of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Perform regular bank statement and credit card transaction reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports to support business decision-making.
- Handle company VAT and tax calculations and submissions.
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare and monitor departmental budgets.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a finance or accounting role.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with budgets.
- Proficiency with account software packages, such as Sage and Kashflow.
- Good understanding of VAT and CIS regulations.
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
