About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Enterprise Lead to join our team in Burgess Hill. As a key member of our Business Finance Chapter, you will be responsible for leading the Business Plan process, managing the P&L, and articulating the financial position with calls to action to senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Business Plan process, developing a 3-year plan that drives sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Manage the P&L, ensuring compliance with Roche guidelines and identifying areas for cost savings.
  • Articulate the financial position, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Lead finance projects, aligning with the F&O Vision and driving transformation within the organization.
  • Actively drive change, enabling the organization to live the Future of Finance.

Requirements:

  • Professional accountancy or similar post-degree qualification.
  • Several years of experience in a finance environment, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in SAP and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and analytical skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects and driving business growth.

Salary Range: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
