Part-time Accounts Assistant

We are looking for a highly organised and skilled Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our team at CPJ Field's Regional Support Centre in Burgess Hill.
This part-time role involves working 24 hours per week, with one day a Friday, as part of a small team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational and communication skills, and previous finance experience.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the company's financial transactions with precision and efficiency.
- Process and scan supplier invoices daily.
- Ensure timely execution of supplier payments.
- Regularly reconcile supplier accounts.
- Address supplier queries via email and phone.
- Previous finance experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using financial software and systems.
The estimated salary for this role is £28-35 per hour, based on industry standards and the location of Burgess Hill.
