An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well organised, self-motivated and innovative professional to work as an Recruitment Apprentice.

This is a fantastic development opportunity where you will study alongside work to gain a qualification in either HR or Recruitment.

In this role you will learn how to provide a transactional administrative service to client directorates. You will support the HR Resourcing team to work closely with directorate line managers and clinical staff to deliver their workforce recruitment and administrative needs.
- Assisting in the end to end recruitment for the Trust
- Inputting to our electronic staff records system
- Dealing with general HR queries
- Involvement in projects and recruitment days
