We are looking for an HR Apprentice to join our very busy HR Team. This role would suit an organised and skilled administrator looking to start their HR career. You will be exposed to all elements of HR administration and have the opportunity to complete an HR apprenticeship.
You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners via phone, email and face to face.
Your main administrative duties include maintaining HR records, managing HR documentation, and the HR system.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees in a timely fashion.
What you’ll be doing as our HR Apprentice:
Organise and maintain HR records Update the HR system databases (e.g. absence records, training records etc.) Prepare HR documents like onboarding documents, probation letters etc. Answer employees queries about HR-related issues Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, new starter etc.) Assist with international HR requirements.
