Overview: Our client is a leading international law firm who is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to their London HR Generalist team. The HR Administrator will be the first point of contact for various HR matters, offering hands-on assistance across generalist HR functions, recruitment, onboarding, and project work.
Generalist HR Support: Manage HR data (e.g., joiners, leavers, payroll changes), prepare HR correspondence, assist with visa applications, and handle employee queries. Support payroll, appraisals, and annual salary/bonus reviews. Maintain HR intranet pages, process invoices, and participate in ad hoc HR projects.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate interviews, manage technical tests, and oversee the onboarding process, including background checks, medicals, induction scheduling, and liaising with IT for new joiner setup. Support the International Student Interview Program and other recruitment initiatives.
Maintain accurate records, manage holiday and sickness absences, update organizational charts, and assist with HR apprentice development.
Minimum 18 months of HR experience, in legal or professional services.
Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills (Word, Excel, HR databases).
