**About the role**
We are looking for a part time Facilities Administrator to join our team 2 days a week, based at our head office in Bar Hill. As part of this role you will provide a wide range of admin support which will range from obtaining documents and quotes and raising purchase orders, to carrying out internal audits on our contractors. You will be responsible for keeping the estates databases accurate and up to date.

You will provide support for the estates helpdesk when required, this will include liaising with suppliers and contractors, updating records and running reports.

You will also provide reception cover when needed.
