KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Main tasks/overview of responsibilities To support PCNs and practices aims of improving digital to support processes to improve quality of patient care. Act as a support for all practices by promoting and exploiting the use of clinical systems and digital products. Act as a trouble-shooter for digital products issues and problems at practice and PCN level. Identify areas for system exploitation and support at scale rollouts of these.

Supports the delivery of projects and work packages to meet business needs and deliver agreed benefits by effectively utilising the necessary resources and skills. To work closely with line managers in order to deliver organisation targets in an efficient and accurate way Maintain excellent communication with all staff, patients PCNS and DFFs to effectively deliver the GM Digital strategy and local initiatives. Knowledge, Training and Experience The role involves working without direct supervision. Work under direction is subsequently self-driven with regular reviews and monitoring reporting for key programmes.

To undertake such duties as may be required from time to time as are consistent with the responsibilities of the grade and the needs of the service. Works to a program of activities for the entire year, including meetings and workshops. To contribute to the development and continual improvement of the processes and systems of work within the scope of the project and to be responsible for self-organisation/time management To ensure accuracy and to maintain concentration over prolonged periods of time. It is essential that the post holder has the experience to deal with the conflicting demands on their time and are able to manage this complex work arrangement.

The strict confidentiality of all information to which the post holder has access must be maintained at all times and role will involve exposure to potentially disturbing or sensitive case notes. To participate in in all mandatory training in line with SPCT and ICB requirements. Ensure careful use of all equipment provided and office facilities. Responsibilities for physical and financial resources Provide update and reporting progress appropriately within the Digital programme to assure the outputs and impact of all works carried out on progress, monitoring, safety and outcomes to inform decision-making.
