**What’s it all about?**
In this role you will synthesise existing customer insight on brand, proposition, booking and feedback and support our long term strategy by developing and owning an insight programme to understand the current and future market opportunities, and the role of the Travelodge brand.
Your insight programme will provide the business with regular key insights and recommendations alongside an annual report that will be used to inform future strategy and business planning discussions. This programme will monitor and measure changes and lead indicators in the business, market, customer (existing, defectors and future) and competition. It will also monitor manifestations of broader macro trends to provide robust actionable insight and recommendations.

**Who will this appeal to?**
You are a credible authority within the field of customer insights and excel at producing and presenting complex data into simplified insights in formats that are relevant to the audience.
You are strategic and curious, detailed and analytical and strive to continuously evolve customer insight programmes to support the strategic business objectives with clear justification.
You have experience of managing end to end customer research programmes with a competent understanding of research methodologies. You can balance customer needs with commercial and operational viability and thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
**What are the extra benefits of working for Travelodge?**
- Salary £90,000 - £100,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working - a minimum of 60% of your time should be spent in the office, but you’re welcome to come in every day if you prefer
