Job Description

The Senior Digital Marketing Strategist will play a key role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition, and enhancing brand recognition. This role requires a senior digital marketing professional with a strong track record of success in FinServ, preferably within a high-growth or multi-brand environment. You'll need to have expertise in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and a deep understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing. Additionally, you should have experience managing budgets, timelines, and external vendors to deliver marketing initiatives on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Manage and mentor the digital marketing team.
  • Owning the performance of all digital channels to achieve KPIs and business goals.


Requirements

We're looking for a senior digital marketing professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience in FinServ roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. You should have a strong understanding of the UK legal or property sectors and be proficient in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, are essential.
