Office Assistant

Role and responsibilities
- Maintain effective systems for managing, storing and recording of archives and deeds.
- The safe keeping and destruction of confidential information
- Provide support to the reception team (including cover).
- Effectively maintain stationery stock levels.
- Liaise with suppliers on maintenance and facilities.
- Provide post room assistance
- Support presentations, webinars, video meetings and other events including room set up.
- Maintain visitor access control systems.
- Support end user service function in conjunction with the IT Department.
- Support the starter/mover/leaver process
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a challenging environment with changing priorities/deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate appropriately with people at all levels of the Firm.
- Good time management skills the ability to cope under pressure and to prioritise work, excellent and professional telephone manner.
- Attention to detail and enthusiastic about maintaining professional high standards and levels of confidentiality.
- Good level of relevant education or relevant experience preferred however training support provided on all of the above
**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
