Salary £23-25,000
Our client is a market leader within their field and due to continued growth, they have an immediate need for a HR Administrator to work as part of their busy HR function for two months. This may be extended and could even become a permanent role. The HumanResources team within this firm is very busy both with HR Strategy, policies and procedures and also recruitment. As HR Administrator, you will be fully office based at the office in North Leeds and you will provide support across all areas, with involvementwith the following:
**Duties**:
- All administration relating to onboarding new staff to the business
- Preparing documents, offer letters and keeping the HR system updated
- Liaising with payroll to deal with any payroll queries
- Supporting with recruitment, liaising with Managers internally, preparing job specifications etc.
- Logging holidays, absence and other HR data as required
- Some HR Administration or Recruitment administration experience, or similar
- A confident approach, able to communicate at all levels and manage queries positively and effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong IT skills with knowledge of MS Office
- You will be available to start work immediately and will be happy to be mainly office based
