You will be based at their state-of-the-art facility in Normanton, which currently has over 1,000 employees onsite. The business manufactures a number of high-quality food products that are packaged and distributed UK-wide to a major retailer. **Roles and Responsibilities as a HR Coordinator**:

- Coordinating daily absence reports and directly liaising with management in each department
- Using internal systems to process new starter information
- Completion of HR paperwork
- Responding to colleagues with any ER issues
- Dealing with payroll and holiday queries
- Running return-to-work interviews/reviews

**I would love to see CVs from individuals who** **have**:

- Previous experience in HR and/or recruitment
- A CIPD qualification as this would be beneficial but is not essential
- Previously worked as a HR Coordinator, Human Resources Assistant, HR Administrator
- Strong IT and Excel skills
- Previously worked in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment
- A can-do and hands-on attitude/approach
- A full UK driving license
