**Job Title: Production Executive Administrator**

**Department: Outdoor/OOH**

**Reporting to: Dept Supervisor**

**Role Overview**
To support the Team Leader in providing a service that focuses on putting the customer first. Manage tasks from start to finish ensuring they are flawlessly moved through the workflow to provide client satisfaction. Be pro-active in your approach towards the client and helping them and the account team, meet all business objectives.

**Primary Objectives**
- Learn internal MIS systems
- Export briefs from workflow, understand them and be in contact with the Team Leader to ensure that all relevant information is captured
- Use the Workstream campaign planning system to ensure that accurate information is captured and passed through the business.
- Ensure all information is correct
- Inform client with a helpful attitude if all requirements are not met.
- Process and check artworks
- Raise job numbers on the MIS system (Optimus)
- Have regular contact with Dept Supervisor to advise on forthcoming workloads
- Escalate non-conformities to Team Leader and / or Account Director for action to be taken
- Ensure that your personal knowledge is up to date on MIS systems, product, material and technical processes development
- Take a hands-on approach to issue resolution with the client and your team leader

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Previous OOH/Outdoor experience an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills, able to develop positive relationships
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good organisational skills with ability to prioritise work to meet client needs
- Good accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident in contacting the client and internal team
- Demonstrates a positive and ‘can do’ approach at all times
- Prepared to listen and learn from others
- Passion for quality
- Good IT literacy
- Good Excel skills
