**HR System Administrator (People Team)**
**The role **
As a rapidly expanding business, we are looking to recruit HR System Administrator to join our People Team in Crewe. Reporting to the Head of People, you will be responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of our HR System.
We would love to welcome you to our Crewe Head Office location, working hours of 08:30am-17:00pm, Monday - Friday.
**Salary**:Flexible, dependant on experience
**Location**:Radius Campus, Emperor Way, Crewe Business Park, CW1 6BD
**Hours**:Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm
**What would your day to day look like?**
- Act as System Administrator for Sage People HR System
- Develop and maintain up to date knowledge of Sage People and Salesforce releases and functionality
- Work with external partners
- Work with internal partners such as Payroll and Management Information teams
- Support regular data audits
- Project lead on new functionality and train administrative users
- Keep the self-service function of the system up to date with company news
- Maintain process guides for the future
**What do we expect of you?**
- Previous experience with HR (ideally Sage People) and/or payroll systems or a strong desire to learn
- Alternatively, you may have an IT support background
- A demonstrable understanding of the importance of confidentiality
- A good level of numeracy skills
- An inquisitive approach and ability to solve problems
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
