Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive HR Manager to join our People team in a leading advisory position. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administration and advisory support on various HR processes, maintain accurate people data, and contribute to the enhancement of processes and policies.

Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support on HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, changes in terms, holiday management, benefits, and salary/bonus adjustments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date people data within our HRIS, ensuring the integrity of all records.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of HR processes, policies, and documentation to align with best practices and legal standards.
- Act as an escalation point for complex queries, offering mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Support managers with employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and flexible working arrangements.
- Proven experience managing ER cases independently within a commercial environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and strong attention to detail in data management.
- Effective planning and prioritisation skills in a high-paced setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and build trust.
