About the Role

As an HR Business Partner at Macmillan Davies, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of processes and policies that align with best practices and legal standards. This includes providing comprehensive administration and advisory support on various HR-related matters.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date People data within the HRIS, contributing to the continuous enhancement of processes and documentation, and acting as an escalation point for complex queries. Additionally, you will offer mentorship and guidance to junior team members and support managers with employee relations cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and advisory support on various HR-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date People data within the HRIS.
  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of processes and documentation.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex queries.
  • Offer mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • SUPPORT MANAGERS WITH EMPLOYEE RELATIONS CASES.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing employee relations cases independently within a commercial environment.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems.
  • Strong attention to detail in data management.
  • Effective planning and prioritisation skills in a high-paced setting.

Salary: £35,000 per annum, plus benefits.
