Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced People Advisor to join our team in East Cheshire. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administration and advisory support on various HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and changes in terms.

About the Role

This role requires a proactive and motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support on HR processes such as holiday management, benefits, and salary adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date people data within the HRIS system.
  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of HR processes and policies.

A competitive salary of £35,000 per annum is available for this role, along with ongoing training and development opportunities and access to state-of-the-art offices with modern facilities.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations cases.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and strong attention to detail.
  • Effective planning and prioritisation skills.
