**THE ROLE**:
The Admin Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the GLA contract and other contracts upon request.
Main Responsibilities & duties of the role.
Undertaking a range of administrative tasks including, but not limited to:
- Providing robust information, advice, and guidance to all service users.
- Accurate and timely data-input across a range of systems including start and completion data across the GLA and multiple projects.
- To Manage errors that occur, ensuring guidance is given to reduce these errors where appropriate.
- To monitor, track and report on paperwork completion and to highlight any issues that may arise.
- To monitor, track and record learner destination once a learner has completed the learning.
- To ensure a venue has been secured for any training requirements in an appropriate timescale.
- Effectively and efficiently deal with course requests.
- Completion of timely and accurate registrations, in accordance with Awarding Organisation requirements and internal quality processes
- Liaising with Tutors/Teachers to ensure a seamless learner experience.
- Tracking learner destinations.
- Claiming certificates and sending to learners, gathering and collating learner feedback, following up on learner progression data
- Using a range of Management Information Systems to include but not limited to: Solution9, PICS, The Apprenticeship Service, Learner Record Service, Surpass, OneFile, LARS and other awarding organisation platforms.
- Following up on any referrals in a timely manner.
- Monitoring and managing mailboxes.
- Proactively contributing to team and organisational meetings and events
- Being responsible for keeping accurate and up-to-date records, and ensuring data protection and confidentiality policies are adhered to at all times.
- Continuously reviewing systems, processes and procedures and implementing improvements efficiently and effectively.
Development
- Being responsible for own professional development
- Being involved in broader workings of the organisation (e.g. through involvement in working groups such as IAG standardisation meetings)
General
- Undertake all duties in accordance with Runway Training’s policies and procedures with particular reference to Health & Safety and Equal Opportunities.

Qualifications and Training
Essential
- Educated to A level standard, NVQ level 3 or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent passes including English and Maths.
Desirable
- Educated to degree level
- Willing to undertake further qualifications as part of self-development

- Flexible to change focus pending needs to individual learners or the requirement to help prepare eg Open Days when they are arranged
