We are looking for an organised and reliable **Receptionist** **and** **Administrative Assistant** to join our school office Could that be you?
As our **Receptionist** **and Administrative Assistant**, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functioning of the school. Reporting to the Head, the role involves working at the School Reception desk and undertaking various tasks to ensure the effective running of school life.

**About the Role and You**
**Contract type**: Permanent, term time only (plus 2 weeks), full-time
**Working hours**: During term time 8am - 5pm, School Holidays 9am - 4pm, 30 minute lunch break
**Salary**: Up to £18,000 per annum
**Start date**: Immediate start available
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Devise and maintain office systems, including filling, records, agendas, minutes, records and other documents.
- Working at the School Reception desk, answering the phone, providing administrative support to parents and teaching staff and providing a warm welcome to visitors.
- Organising school transport.
- Assisting with the organisation of School events.
- Booking travel for international boarding pupils.
- Finance-based tasks including: fee collection, ordering supplies and resources, reconciliation to purchase invoice.
**About You**
We are looking for someone who has:
- A-Levels or equivalent (essential).
- Previous experience within a similar role.
- Administrative and organisational skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong work ethic.
