About the Role

As a Community Care Worker with CC / South West / South Devon, you will be delivering compassionate care to adults in their own homes. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about making a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Palliative and End-of-Life Care: Offer compassionate care during life's most challenging moments.
Requirements

We are looking for dedicated and skilled individuals who have:

  • A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK.
  • The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle.
  • Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided).
