Care Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Operations Specialist to support our Registered Manager with daily operations and provide invaluable assistance to the team and adults. The successful candidate will have a meaningful impact, helping with employment and educational opportunities, personal goals, and fun activities.
This role involves supporting recruitment, team supervisions, meetings, and inspections, ensuring compliance with legislation. You will also spend time helping the manager develop the team, arranging activities, and working on the shared rota for 'on call'.
To be successful, you will need a Level 3 in Health and Social, confidence, flexibility, and a minimum of two years' experience in supported living/care settings. Additionally, you should be open-minded, empathetic, and resilient.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We offer 28 days annual leave, a pension scheme, learning and development opportunities, discounts, wellbeing support, and a DBS check covered.
After 12 months, you will be eligible for our Medicash scheme and life assurance. Please note that successful applicants will be subject to pre-employment checks, including an enhanced disclosure and barring service check, and online and social media checks, and reference validation.
