Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Specialist to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients in their own homes.
About the RoleThis is a rewarding opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in people's lives. You will be responsible for supporting clients with their daily needs, including personal care, medication management, and household tasks. Your compassion, empathy, and ability to build strong relationships will be essential in delivering high-quality care.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. A flexible approach to working hours is also essential, as we offer flexible shifts to suit our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
- Help with medication management and administration
- Support clients with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families
