**Job Title**:Fleet Administrator

**Location**:Newport

**Shifts/Hours**:Monday - Friday - 8 hours a day

**Salary**:£22,000 to £25,000 per annum dependant on experience.

**Duties and Responsibilities included but not exhausted to**:

- Produce daily Service and Mot schedule for the workshop to ensure all vehicles and trailers are serviced & MOT’d on time.
- Liaise with rental companies regarding servicing, maintenance and arrange repair work as required.
- Ensure fleet records are compliant with DVSA guidelines and best practice and fleet system (Blue Crystal) is kept up to date
- Ensure that all repairs are recorded and conducted in full and on time and job cards closed and records updated accordingly, raising purchase orders as required for parts orders
- Produce daily Vehicle Off Road (VOR) lists and distribute accordingly, ensuring that they are always kept up to date.
- Participate in daily operational conference calls and provide update on fleet status.
- Arrange call outs for breakdowns as required.
- Ensure fleet (including rental) are added to all systems (GTS, Blue Crystal, Merridale etc) and removed when no longer required.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels within the parts store on Blue Crystal.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newport: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
