About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Support Officer to join our Supply Chain, Logistics & Transport Supervisory team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the Transport Manager with the day-to-day operational management of our fleet, including maintenance, repair, and replacement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the operational work streams, projects, and the Fleet Replacement Programme.
  • Plan, organise, and proactively support the management and administration of complex projects.
  • Accurately record data for specific activities of work, including benefit recording and project plans.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including Operational Managers, Project Managers, and external partners.
  • Support the production of annual fleet replacement reporting and project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Sound knowledge of Transport Services and evidence of CPD in transport and logistics.
  • CPC in Transport to Oversee and Manage Operations License.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant job experience, ILM L3.
