- To maintain and assist with the recruitment process
- Collate and process the relevant paperwork for vacancies and ensure that the job requisition authorisation is in place prior to the post being advertised
- Actively manage and monitor receipt of all pre-employment checks e.g. DBS, health clearance, references, work permits, right to work
- Issue authorised terms and conditions to new starters and change of contract letters to staff as they occur
- Assist the HR Advisor and HR Director with administration, recording and collating of all training information
- Support with the implementation of ad-hoc projects as required

**Salary**: From £22,000 per year
