This is your chance to join us as we are looking for an EXPERIENCED Vehicle Administrator for our busy Portsmouth dealership.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Check vehicle funding via Manufacturer and keep Sales Manager informed of vehicles due for adoption.
- Ensure systems are updated and accurate by adding vehicles to stock and CRM. Order vehicles sold.
- Check out all part exchange paperwork by instigating vehicle status check as per Group policies.
- Allocate registration numbers and taxation for new vehicles and ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed promptly and accurately.
- Ensure the correct handover, follow up and prospecting procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Ensure all trade vehicles are handled swiftly and in accordance with Group Policy.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Be aware of team and Company news and objectives, and relevant new product information.
- Engage with all visitors promptly, professionally and courteously, at all times.
- Ensure all customer transactions and queries are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure all customer data is stored and handled securely in line with GDPR, Company and legal requirements.
- Contribute fully to Company initiatives, projects and processes, and support positively the aims and ambitions of the Company.
- Comply with company Health & Safety Policy.
- Carry out any other duties as may be reasonably expected in accordance with the position.
