We are currently seeking a dedicated Coordinator to oversee and manage our expanding number of Live in Clients. In this role, your responsibilities will include scheduling and coordinating live-in care services. This entails sourcing and interviewing potential carers and matching them with clients in need of assistance. Effective communication with patients, family members, and carers is vital to ensure seamless care delivery. As a Coordinator, you will also collaborate with healthcare providers and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

To excel in this position, we require prior experience in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation, as well as creating comprehensive care plans. Familiarity with coordinating referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers, along with proficiency in medical terminology and procedures, is essential. Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and accuracy are also crucial.

As a Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive timely and efficient care. This involves scheduling appointments, coordinating with healthcare providers, and maintaining accurate patient records. Your meticulousness and organizational prowess will be instrumental in providing the highest level of care to our patients.

We provide competitive compensation and benefits packages, including a bonus scheme, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development. Base salary of £26000 plus bonus depending on number of managed clients (up to £12000 p/a bonus)
