Administrator (Care Coordinator)

We are looking to employ someone on a full-time basis, to provide patients with personalised care, liaising with all health professionals working at the practice and the wider Primary Care Network (Sherborne PCN). This includes liasing with patients to book their regular reviews, working with our various patient group such as carers and veterans. The role also involes assisting the surgery in ad-hoc administrative duties to help free up the administrative burden for the GPs and other colleagues. Aiding in the smooth running of the surgery and improving the patient experience. No two days are ever the same.

We are a friendly, rural, dispensing practice with approximately 4500 patients in the beautiful village of Yetminster. We are looking for someone who is fully flexible to fit in with our existing team who cover Monday to Fridays on a full-time basis. The surgery is open from 8.30am to 6.30pm.

Interview dates are 3rd July, 9th and 12th July 2024

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
