**The role**

Raising of customers’ orders: including selecting and filling out coversheets and inputting orders onto the company's computer system
- Checking orders to ensure customer requirements are correct prior to issue to production
- Entering orders into order books & inputting orders onto anticipated dispatch sheets
- Ensuring that customers’ enquiries & orders are dealt with efficiently & promptly
- Create selling price lists and ensure correct selling prices are entered into the company’s account system
- General housekeeping and organisation of sales related records
- Any other sales-related administration deemed necessary to ensure the smooth running of the sales department.
- To take reasonable care of the Health and Safety of yourself and others affected by your actions or omissions
- To co-operate with your employer to enable them to fulfil their legal obligations
- Undertake special projects as required by the Company Directors
