Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities to drive business growth.
    • Manage customer portfolios to ensure optimal revenue and profitability.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of customer initiatives.
  • Administration & Credit Control
    • Manage customer accounts from purchasing to payment, ensuring effective credit control procedures are in place.
    • Utilize data analytics to inform customer engagement strategies and drive business results.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Supervisory Duties
    • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure successful onboarding and development.
    • Contribute to the development of team goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
Requirements
  • GCSE level education or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in customer management, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
