Summit Selection have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Order Processor for our reputable client in the Brigg area. The company has good progression opportunities and a friendly working environment. This is a multi-skilled role which includes administration, liaising with customers to take orders and organising dispatch of goods.
**The Role**
Working alongside the Head of Sales the role will include:
- Answering phone calls and taking client orders.
- Essential administrative tasks for the Sales team, including completing and sending relevant documents.
- Arrange transport for deliveries and collections, organizing relevant paperwork
- Greeting visitors face to face and arranging refreshments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good time management
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Previous experience in an order processing/administration role
- Proactive and ability to problem solve.
**Working hours**
8:30AM - 5:00PM Monday to Friday
37.5 hour week (1 hour unpaid lunch)
20 days holiday & bank holiday (extra day per year up to 5 days)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
