**Responsibilities**:
- Inputting of all customer orders received via the Shopify website
- For customer queries relating to Online orders - follow up of query to understand the detail, and respond to customer with answer/resolution
- Answer incoming Telesales calls, directing the customer to the correct Keeper, taking down the order details if unable to forward the call.
- Lead on investigating customer complaints (missing/damaged stock) etc liaising with keeper to ensure the customer is responded to and solution achieved within 12 hours
- Processing sample requests and arranging delivery for field based teams
- Process credit card payments from BDE’s for new customer orders
- Process credit card payments for TSE’s when accounts personnel not available
- Updating and recording credit tracker daily
- Updating and recording Trade complaints daily
- Processing invoices (including EI, GK etc if this responsibility is not taken on by the accounts team?)
- Supporting new business set up, re accounts etc
- Processing APP orders
- Processing orders and dealing with enquiries received through the answer machine daily
- Any other support to the direct sales team as is reasonable within the role.
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail, accuracy of information is essential
- Ability to self organise and prioritise tasks
- Computer literate
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi task
- Ideally previous experience of NAV 2016
- Interpersonal skills for talking to customers and company employees
