Administrator - Immediate Start - Audio Dictation

Ackerman Pierce are currently supporting a Clinic based in Bedford who require an administrator to join them on a temporary basis for at least 3 Months

To support Service Support Lead with administrative tasks including but not limited to:

- Typing clinical letters
- Audio dictation
- Dealing with incoming referrals
- Input data onto clinical database
- Maintaining patient information on EPR including scanning, attaching files and other tasks
- General reception and admin support for the team
- Support with publishing clinics

37.5 HRS PER WEEK. 6 DAYS Monday - Friday (working 5 days) 9-5, 12-8 depending on day (Rota basis for this shift)

3 Month Assingment, likely to be extended
