**About the Role**

We are looking to recruit an additional team administrator to the Cheltenham Permanence Care Leaver teams. These teams work within Gloucestershire County Council’s Children’s Services, with a focus on supporting young people on their transition towards leaving care whilst empowering them to reach their full potential. The role will also offer some support to our Children in Care teams as required.

Your role will be an integral part of the team, working closely with the Team Manager and Leaving Care Personal Advisors supporting them with a variety of administrative tasks, to ensure children, young people and their families receive the correct support.

Duties will include:
- Monitoring the team inbox, and processing a variety of tasks
- Customer service tasks including receiving incoming calls and directing callers to the relevant worker
- Preparing documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Attending team meetings
- Updating spreadsheets using Excel
- Booking meetings using Microsoft Teams and our internal room booking system
- Supporting the team with all finance requests
- Uploading documents to our bespoke database Liquid Logic (training will be provided)
