We are looking to appoint a Receptionist/Clerical Assistant to work in our school office, managing our reception.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm, with half an hour for lunch.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Efficient and well organised, with the ability to multi task.
- Excellent interpersonal skills as you will be the first point of contact for parents, visitors and children.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office.
- Experience using Desktop publishing services to produce promotional documents and curriculum support materials would be desirable.
