We are a family run, and rapidly growing, Engineering company, based in the centre of Norwich. We design and build custom Spraybooths used primarily by the film and motor industries all over the UK. The role is hands-on within a small, friendly, busy office team, focused on delivering excellent customer service.

We are offering the role on a part-time basis working between 20-30 hours over either 3 or 4 days per week. The role is office based with on-site parking.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in both written, verbal and numerical work.
- A solid background in an administrative/PA role previously.
- A good knowledge of Outlook, Word & Excel.
- Management of written correspondence and mail including responses.
- Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise your own workload efficiently and effectively.
- A high attention to detail and excellent problem solving-skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Be great at supporting your colleagues and contributing to the general running of a busy office.
- Have great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information discretionally.
- Liaising with new and existing clients daily.
- Booking appointments and monitoring diaries for the Director.
- Checking and providing monthly reports for business development.
- Ordering of stock for both office and factory.
- Carrying out general business administration requirements.
