Success Recruit are currently working with a growing and well-established business offering professional services who are looking to recruit a Trainee Sales Administrator to join their fast-paced and dynamic business based in North East Essex.
**The successful Trainee Sales Administrator will be expected to**:
- Have strong communication skills both written and verbal following internal sales processes and procedures
- Undertake market research and initiate ongoing sales calls establishing a database
- Assist with maintaining a sales pipeline and identify new opportunities
- Able to provide a high quality of customer service
- Have full driving licence due to location

The Successful Trainee Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing high level sales administrative support to achieve organisational growth. To support the sales pipeline, generation of leads and handle initial sales enquiries across all services,providing first class support and smooth handovers.
**Duties to include but not limited to**:
- Undertake sales administration tasks relating to new members on boarding.Follow internal sales processes and procedures to ensure the updating of the database, undertaking credit checks, Companies House checks etc.
- Undertake market research and initiate out going sales calls to establish a database of contacts and obligated companies.
- Assist with the handling of initial sales enquiries a crossall services and aid in the sales cycle from start to closing.
- Help to maintain a sales pipeline in line with sales targets. Assist with the identification of priority leads, sales opportunities and provide administrative support for the sales campaigns.
- Assist with the identifying of opportunities and crosssell other services toexisting members.
- Assist with the effective liaising of sales with other internal departments to ensure smooth handover of new clients.
- Help maintain the ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards; and make recommendations to improve processes and procedures to meet the business’s objectives. Supporting the development of operational procedures, systems, and policies.
