An exciting role in a growing team, your initial focus will be on both product design/definition and hands-on delivery.

Duties include:

- Work closely with the team to deliver the roadmap
- Take responsibility for the Product Ownership and delivery of new web site and support other Product Owners and Managers across all supported platforms
- Build and manage the 0-3 month Product roadmap for web platforms
- Be or become an internal SEO expert, improving visibility and website rankings
- Provide PO support for all activities including Connected TVs and mobile platforms
- Actively participate and support, as a Product Owner, all agile ceremonies to provide maximum clarity and value
- Define and write EPICs, user stories, acceptance criteria ensuring alignment with Product Management briefs/specs and ensure clear understanding across the delivering Agile team
- Build and maintain product backlogs; assess value, prioritising EPICs and user stories
- Have responsibility for the quality and alignment to briefs/specs of all Product Owner team output
- Promote and drive a continuous culture of experimentation and improvement
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support content plans and marketing activities whilst championing user experience
- Keep abreast of relevant industry news, key digital and VoD trends from a product perspective

Skills & Experience Required:

- Experience delivering video products for a fast-moving, consumer-facing audience
- Excellent understanding of customers’ needs and pain points and striving to deliver better
- Experience delivering digital products across web, mobile and/or Connected TV platforms
- In-depth understanding of Agile processes/principles and working in Agile teams
- Collaborative, pragmatic and adaptive: able to build strong and effective relationships, internally and externally, and influence others
- Passionate about User Experience and put the user at the centre of all analysis, design, and prioritisation activities
- Experienced managing product delivery across multiple platforms
- A Product Owner with experience writing intuitive, accurate and easy to understand user stories, prioritising and managing product backlogs and working collaboratively with design, development and QA
- An analytical thinker that can understand problems and work collaboratively to identify and design the appropriate solutions
- Technical aptitude: familiarity with different technologies and streaming architectures with an ability to communicate the same to non-technical audiences
- At ease working on mainstream product platforms inc. Jira, Confluence, Miro, Craft etc

Comfortable working in a fast-paced agile environment and willing to support the wider team.
