Join us as a Product Owner
- Working on the Advisor Tools Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programme within Coutts, you'll help deliver on our ambitions to build and run the digital bank of the future
- You’ll be putting the customer at the heart of our digital channel plans and constantly improving their digital journey
- This is an opportunity to oversee the service delivery of our digital channel set, making sure all aspects of our digital colleague journey provide an exceptional experience

**What you'll do**:
We’re looking for someone to own the digital journey, driving aspects like performance management, service proposition and our customers' experiences.

You’ll be setting the vision for a whole host of digital features, making sure that we create a world-class digital experience for our customers. What’s more, you’ll take ownership of the digital roadmap and the definition, management and prioritisation of the digital backlog.

You’ll also be:

- Working closely with the Advisor Tools Product Owner by leading the Scrum team for the CRM platform we're building
- Providing front line insight and engaging stakeholders on requirements, adoption and roadmaps
- Collaborating with stakeholders and delivering on KPIs to inform and monitor the digital colleague experience
- Monitoring competitor activity across CRM and actively identifying responses to market changes
- Making sure that continuous improvements in financial spend is within agreed budgets

**The skills you'll need**:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have experience of working in a Scrum or Agile team. As well as this, you'll need the ability to innovate, partner and collaborate with customers and colleagues to implement the best digital experiences for our customers.

In addition, you’ll have a successful track record of digital delivery and operations, along with digital channel management and human-centred design experience. You'll also be a talented communicator who can inspire and engage both customers and colleagues.

Furthermore, you’ll be expected to have:

- Knowledge of Agile and CRM capabilities
- An understanding of the needs of our business customers and how we can serve them digitally
- Wealth management and private banking knowledge
- An interest in customer-centric design
- A familiarity with digital product management techniques, such as lean start-up
