**Purpose of role**: Lead the newly created team of Product Owners, as the Head of Product Owners, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital division and transition towards being a product centric organisation. You will lead a team Product Owners who will work with cross-functional teams to build, launch, and continuously enhance the platform & products(e.g. Disclosure, Scoring, Data Platform, Data Products)that are consumed by all company stakeholders (e.g.Corporates, CStar, SME). You will work closely with leaders
- across the globally distributed organisation.

**Accountabilities**: Collaborate with Product Management on setting overall portfolio vision, strategy, objectives, user research,target journey and long-term roadmap definition.
Oversee the entire Product Owner lifecycle, from roadmap creation, technical day-to-day delivery and steering of delivery squads, end user testing,performance monitoring.
Lead a team of Product Owners responsible for delivery,maintenance, optimization of core Platform Products(e.g. Disclosure, Scoring, Data Platform, Data Products)ensuring alignment with company objectives / mission and overall portfolio vision, strategy, objectives.
Establish metrics and processes to monitor user feedback and performance to identify improvement areas based on user needs. Continuously iterate and refine products for enhanced user experience.
Establishing core methodologies and ways of working of the Product Owner team (e.g. backlog management and prioritisation, writing features / user stories).
Mentor and guide Product Owner team, nurturing their professional growth and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Work closely with leadership from Digital (e.g. Head of Engineering, Head of Architecture) and wider organisation (e.g. Impact, Commercial) to deliver on Digital and broader organisational goals.
Stay abreast of industry trends in environmental research and data-related technology, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the table.

**Key skills / abilities and behaviours required for the role:
Experience leading teams of Product Owners, ideally in a data centric organisation
Proven track record in end-to-end Product Ownership, from initial roadmap creation to ongoing product improvement and enhancement, with experience in successfully building and managing products used by a broad cross section of users
Strong experience working with cross-functional squads of software and data engineers, designers, and QA professionals.
Proficiency in Agile and Lean methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a passion for driving a culture of agility
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and analyse data, solve problems, and derive actionable insights.
Exceptional communication skills, relationship building abilities, and a client centric approach.
Experience working with charities, NGOs, or similar organizations is preferred.
Knowledge, interest, and passion for the environmental and sustainability space are valuable assets.
