Digital Product Owner

Our client a British contemporary fashion brand established in the 1970’s. The brand can be found in all department stores including Harrods and Selfridges alongside stand-alone stores globally. The brand is looking for a Digital Product Owner to jointhe business and really be a true right hand to the Senior Digital Product Owner. The role will be an initial fixed-term contract with a view to be permenant by the end of Q2.
You will help in managing the ecommerce roadmap by ensuring the customer journey is fully optimised. Working collaboratively with a variety of internal stakeholders, you will identify barriers to conversion and champion improvement initiatives. Being responsiblefor reporting on website performance and customer experience, you will use Google Analytics and session recordings to provide conclusions and recommendations to resolve issues. Previous experience of the build and management of A/B and MV testing is essentialto be able to support the development roadmap, gain proof of concept and justify the business case for future developments.
This is a great role where you will be able to use your previous CRO experience and progress your career in a supportive and successful environment. Attitude will be key in this role with a ‘can-do attitude’ being critical.
