We are looking for a full time Placement Co-ordinator who ideally will be quick thinking, have the ability to retain logístical information, enjoy talking to people and get pleasure from solving puzzles.

You will be part of the Live in Care office support team based in Taunton, Somerset and responsible for scheduling our weekly placements for live-in carers, with additional part-time support from our Care Co-ordinators. This role is fast paced so you need to be forward thinking, dynamic and prepared for the challenges that sometime occur with the ability to keep calm, work efficiently, build strong relationships with both clients, family members and carers alike, whilst maintaining your fantastic sense of humour is essential.

This role includes on-call duties, usually 1 weekend in 6.

You will be part of a team that ensures our clients receive excellent quality of care to keep them safe and comfortable in their own homes. This requires a supportive and calm manner together with excellent organisational skills, accuracy of processes and communications skills are vital for this important role in our company.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
