An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident, enthusiastic and motivated individual to work within the Outpatients Team at Somerset Foundation Trust (SFT) on a 12 month fixed term post.

You will work with clinical service managers to organise the outpatients outsourcing programme for patients at both Musgrove Park Hospital (MPH) and Yeovil District Hospital (YDH), and assist the coordination of a comprehensive patient centred outpatient service ensuring continuity in achieving excellence in patient care within local and national time frames.
