To promote models of quality assurance and clinical governance andensure that they are incorporated into everyday practice using the frameworks ofPractice Development, new ways of working quality initiatives and any others that willbe adopted. To take an active role in the promotion of high quality clinical andmanagerial supervision, personal development reviews and the creation of individualpersonal development plans for all staff.
