An Admin Assistant is required to support this team of Underwriters, of this global Insurance Company. This is an exciting opportunity if you are looking for a role in Insurance.

As the Administrative Assistant you will be the first point of contact to the team and will eventually take ownership of the end-to-end process of various insurance documentation to agreed timelines. You will build relationships with clients and other departments

As the Admin Assist you will: -- Answer the phones to clients taking clear messages and dealing with enquiries, ensuring high levels of customer service are maintained.
- Update client details on the CRM database
- Open post and distribute.
- Produce reports / statistics to aid the underwriters.
- Ensure FCA regulations are upheld.
- Be a team player and contribute to meetings to suggest ways to improve systems and processes to be more effective.

Skills required- An excellent team player
- Have a good education and writing skills
- Good clear communication skills
- Previous Administration and Customer Service skills would be beneficial.
- Keen to learn and develop a career in Insurance.
- Previous knowledge or working experience within Insurance would be desirable

**Salary**: £22,000 plus good benefits

Hybrid working / full time in the office whilst training is provided

Location: West Malling, Maidstone, Kent
